Not only langars and functions and long speeches can generate religious faith in peoples. Do not become a speaker but a savior to the community like Bhim Rao Ambedkar Ji who gave us the rites in constitution and the human rites to live and to rise. He has given us everything but he also need to make one more constitution for our peoples who misbehave their parents, forget their duties, forget their culture and their religion, leaving their caste and entering new castes, lacking education, still driving themselves into the ditch of poverty although they have the power to eradicate poverty but still do not go for jobs and roaming and wandering without any reason into the streets and lanes, indulge in bad and filthy habits, do not feel the need of self respect by themselves and by the other communities. If you see in the flashback our community is very powerful and even no one have that guts to speak foul before us about our religion. I myself experienced this power during the war like situation during Sanjay Khan's episode "Jai Hanuman". No one stand before the vast unity and brother hood among Valmiki community. Why do we join together and go wild only during these type of rampage or riots only and why not always during good cool days? We can do everything but still we do not feel it necessary. Valmikians are the most powerful community but they are lacking so many things and certain amendments should be brought in their life style. We need the right path. To drive a community to its right way certain amendments should be brought forward. I think following amendments should be applied into action forcibly and by all means.

1. Valmiki Religious Institutes should be opened where the Preachers should be given religious teaching and honored with all the rites of Valmiki Religion-teaching regarding all the myths and fake about Valmiki religion, study of Aadi Valmiki Ramayana, Veda, Valmiki Yogavasistha, Old Manuscripts and other religious books
2. Atleast one Priest from Valmiki Religious Institute trained should be appointed in every Valmiki Ashram on monthly salary basis
3. The Priest should be from a well cultured family, educated with clean background
4. Valmiki Religious functions should be encourages and organised in different parts
5. The singers of Bhagwan Valmiki Ji's Holy Songs should be encouraged and honored in every seminar and functions
6. No Valmikian will use any other religion ritual during marriage possession
7. Schedule Caste certificates should be issued only after the acceptance of Ashram Priest on his/ her regular attending the religious preaches and teachings
8. Marriage certificate should be issued to every married couple which should me made compulsory as a proof of identity. This certificate should be issued by Ashram Priest only to those who used Valmiki hyms & Valmiki marriage rituals in their marriage
9. One who changed their religion Valmikian to another should  to completely cut off by the society and by their relatives and neighbors
10. Spare you some moment and precious time of Bhagwan Valmiki Ji's Function

All these amendments should be treated seriously. One should not use for its own benefit.
